In response to the Bilingual 2030 policy , Center Of EMI was established on 1st August 2021 by the Office of Academic Affairs.
Dr. Fuh-Sheng Shieu, president of National Chung Hsing University, led an official opening ceremony at Center Of EMI in Wan Nian Hall, on January 19th 2022.
