 Teaching assistants (TA)
To enhance education, facilitate learning, and cultivate outstanding TAs, the center provides subsidies to the TAs for university level general courses and college (including intercollege) level undergraduate courses to assist in group discussions, exercises, and experiments. For each semester, the center selects the best TAs from the university and college level courses and awards them for outstanding performance.

To enhance higher education, increase social mobility, and ensure equal-opportunity education, students are encouraged to form study groups in which they adopt interdisciplinary and professional approaches and develop unique and creative study methods. Through group discussion, National Chung Hsing University (NCHU) students develop critical thinking, teamwork skills, and interdisciplinary problem-solving skills, which broaden their horizons and motivate them to continue studying independently.
》Make an application ✓Tutoring service for academic subjects：The Center appoints tutors working in the Hsing Yue Fang Reading Room in the basement of the library to help students solve academic problems. NCHU students can book appointments online or in person.

✓Academic assistance and tutoring： 1.Serve as an academic tutor providing services for the Center of Teaching and Learning Development (academic subject tutoring, academic tutoring for underperforming students).
2.Submit an application to the Center of Teaching and Learning Development to create a study group and serve as the leader (groups should have at least three students).
Study group: The academic tutor (leader of the study group) tutors and helps students to learn by using his or her knowledge. 3.Apply for approval of study group learning projects, serve as the leader, and execute projects that pass the review.

The Center organizes and subsidizes innovative study projects to encourage students to partake in creative planning, entrepreneurship, science, and design competitions, thereby facilitating the development of their teamwork, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
