Subject: The MOE Teaching Practice Research Program Central Regional Hub (Providence University) is offering the "Proposal Writing Consultation Service" for the 2027 Academic Year. Applications are open until November 30, 2026 (Monday). Faculty members are warmly invited to apply.

Description:

1. According to Official Letter No. 1150002306 from Providence University and the MOE Teaching Practice Research Program Regional Hub Initiative.

2. To assist faculty members in drafting and refining project proposals, the Central Regional Hub provides one-on-one professional consultation services, offering actionable feedback to enhance proposal quality and pass rates.

3. Format & Cost: Services can be conducted online, in-person, or via written review. Each session lasts up to 1.5 hours. All consultation fees are fully subsidized by the Central Regional Hub (Free for participating faculty; transportation expenses for in-person sessions are to be covered by applicants).

4. Eligibility & Guidelines:

• College and university faculty eligible for the MOE Teaching Practice Research Program, and must plan to submit a proposal for the 2027 (116) Academic Year.
• Each applicant may apply for up to 2 consultation sessions in principle (The record and feedback form from the first session must be completed and submitted before applying for the second; total applications across all regional hubs are limited to 2 sessions per person).
• Priority Applicants: Members of cross-institutional teacher communities under the Central Hub, faculty from central Taiwan universities (Miaoli, Taichung, Changhua, Nantou, Yunlin), and faculty who have not previously received a project grant.
