To encourage students from abroad to study in Taiwan, enhance Taiwanese students’ knowledge of international affairs, and encourage all teaching units of the University to teach in English.

1. All-English degree programs
2. All-English credit programs
3. Basic courses and general education courses to complement all- English programs
4.  In accordance with the National Chung Hsing University classification criteria for intramural English as instrument of instruction curricula, qualified courses include English for General Academic Purposes, English for Specific Academic Purposes, English as a Medium of Instruction, and all courses shall be carried out entirely in English.
5.  All-English approved by the ad hoc group. The ad hoc group shall be consisted of the president of the Office of International Affairs, the president of the Office of Academic Affairs and deans of all colleges. The convener shall be the president of the Office of International Affairs.
