Since 2018, the Center for General Education has organized an annual Biomimicry Design Workshop in the University Higher Education Sprout Project. The workshop is jointly implemented by the Department of Life Sciences, the Department of Physics, Global Change Biology Research Center, the iEGG and Animal Biotechnology Research Center. Through keynote talks, guided tours of the Natural History Museum, and group discussions, the workshop introduces the inspirations derived from biological adaptations and survival strategies.
