Regarding the graduation certificate collection process for this semester (Academic year 2023 2nd Semester), the procedures are as follows:
1.Collection at the University:
Diploma in both Chinese and English can be collected in person at the university.
(1)For students eligible for graduation, please bring your student ID card to the Registration Division to collect the Chinese diploma.
(2)For those applying for the English diploma, please first pay a processing fee of NT$100 at the payment machine outside the Registration Division, then present your passport to process the English diploma.
(3)If unable to collect in person, please fill out the authorization form and have the authorized person bring both parties' identification documents and your student ID to the Registration Division.
2.Collection of Chinese Digital Degree Certificates:
(1)To provide students with a convenient mechanism for issuing and verifying digital degree certificates, the university is participating in the Ministry of Education's project to establish digital certificates for colleges and universities. Since the first semester of academic year 2022, Chinese digital degree certificates have been provided to graduating students.
(2)Certificate Issue Process: After completing the Leave School Processing and receiving the Chinese diploma, students can download the Chinese digital degree certificate directly from the university's Academic Affairs System/Records & Documentation /Digital Degree Certificate (Chinese) within 7 working days.
(3)Verification Mechanism: For future job applications or further studies, students can provide the digital degree certificate file to external organizations (companies, schools, etc.) for verification by uploading it to the Ministry of Education's digital certificate verification system (https://dcert.moe.gov.tw), without the need for certification by a notary public or the original graduating school.
